Mrs. Trupti Rathod is known as First Practicing Lady Chartered Accountant from the city of Jamnagar. She has gained vast experience in practice in the field of Audit & Assurance, Project Financing, Indirect tax Advisory services, and legal compliance matters of export oriented units. She acts as a process reviewer and adds value to the business processes.

Considering the bright academic back ground in Jamnagar the leading Chartered Accountant firm in India M/s Sarda & Sarda (including Partner Shri Dilip Vadodaria) gave both the partners the opportunity to handle big assignments in various subjects from their article ship period.

CA. Sagar Shah - Partner

Mr. Sagar Shah is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Qualified Information System Auditor by ICAI and has also cleared first level examination of Chartered Financial Analysis from ICFAI. Attended Intensive workshop on IND – AS conversed with IFRS. Known as team leader is actively leading the Audit & Assurance assignment.

He has exposure to work with various business solutions including SAP. Has vast experience in Corporate Internal Audits, Assurance Services, Attestation Services, Corporate Law Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, RERA Compliance, SEZ Compliance, Direct and Indirect tax compliance, litigation matters, representation before authorities up to CESTAT & ITAT.

Actively associated with Jamnagar Branch of ICAI and acted as Committee member for the term 2013-16 and held positions as treasurer and Secretary. Held post as Chartered Secretary in Rotary Club of Jamnagar Chotti Kashi in term 2018-2019 & President for the term 2021-2022.

CA. Mira Shah - Partner

Mrs. Mira Shah Trivedi is an Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and working with the firm as Full Time Partner. She is actively involved in tax compliance matters of various entities such as filing direct tax and indirect tax returns. She has an working experience in Essar Projects Limited leading the indirect Tax team for a period of 10 years. She also ensure compliance of quality checks for the working paper that the firm handles.

CA. Hasan Jokhiya is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and working with the firm as full-time paid assistant.
